If there are tabs for "upvoted" and "downvoted", then everyone can see your votes. If not, then they can't. When I look at it, I don't see those tabs. If you are logged in with the account you want to check, you will see those tabs whether anyone else will or not.

WebPeople can be rude sometimes but I don't think it is fair to downvote every post they made. You want to have more voting power but it should be a community effort. It is not rare to see people using strategies to avoid further downvotes: deleting comments, editing or explaining their arguments.
