WebSep 8, 2024 · R-DF98 represents roughly a third of R-Z156, about 5-7% of its population, and perhaps a few million men worldwide. We linked the DF98 mutation to this group back in 2013, and before that we called it the "Kings' Cluster", because one of the original testers was from the House of Wettin.
