WebIt is green head season. It's always from the first full moon in July until the next full moon. The flies live off the marsh grass. So Cranes, Plum Island, Wingaersheek and to a lesser extent Good Harbor beach. any beach close to the marsh will have some. My advice is to stay to the far left hand side of Good Harbor.
