WebTheres a rubber seal underneath the eject button which due due pressure over time can distort in such a way as to partially press eject. If this is in fact what is happening to you partially raising the front end of the ps4 should remedy it. Doesn't necessarily have to be completely ejecting your disc for this to be the issue.
